My Scooby was delivered in a nicely, sealed package ready for me to use. It also came with instructions if you’re new to fermenting. Scoby is very healthy and can’t wait for my kombucha to be done.

I ordered a few cultures. It was all very well packaged and came quickly. I had to throw out my old SCOBY because it was getting nasty (after only two uses) and was growing candida albicans. This one looks very different from the first one. It is perfectly "clean" looking. It is thriving (as I type this) and has formed a secondary SCOBY which too, is very clean looking. I know they can get stringy with yeast, but this one has not produced that overgrowth. I'm really pleased.
